Returns, Cancellations & Damage Policy

 

Turn-Around/Lead Time

All of our items are handmade to order just for you! As such, they require time to be made, the lead time for each item can be found on it's product page. For any questions please don't hesitate to give us a shout!

 

Returns: 

Due to the highly custom and intimate nature of our products, returns and refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis only.

We gladly accept returns in the event of our error, occurring either in the making process or due to fulfillment mistakes (we are human, after all), and the items remain completely unused; we must be contacted within 7 days of receipt to process these returns, and we will provide a shipping label for these circumstances.

If accepted, all other returns will require return shipping to be paid for by the customer, and are subject to a restocking fee.

If you have any questions about your purchase, before or after receipt, please never hesitate to contact us!

 

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be submitted within 24 hrs for a full refund.

Again, if you're outside of this window, please contact us and we'll check where your piece is in it's process. If we have not yet made irreversible/custom material use, we may be able to accommodate your request, or give a partial refund. 

 

Damage:

Due to the nature of our goods, we guarantee that our products are free from functional defect upon shipping from our shop. Any damage during shipping can be reported to us, or to the selected shipping carrier.

Since the nature and intensity of use is completely to the discretion of the users, damage during use is not covered. However, all pieces are created to be functional when used respectfully for the item with proper technique with consenting adult participants. For any issues, please contact us.
