Due to the highly custom and intimate nature of our work, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We gladly accept returns in the rare case of our error — such as a production or fulfillment issue — provided the item is unused and we’re contacted within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping and make it right.
All other return requests, if accepted, require that the customer cover return shipping and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Because our tools are meant for active, consensual use, damage during play is not covered. However, all items are designed to be durable and functional when used responsibly.
